MEET THE MASTER
Brenda Bartlett was installed as Master for the coming year. Brenda is the second lady Master of the Company. She is a licensed hackney carriage driver, having completed her KOL in 1991. In 1997 she joined the Company as a Freeman and was clothed as a Liveryman in 2004 when the Company gained Livery status.

The role of Master is supported by The Court of Assistants. The Upper Warden is Graham Woodhouse a Licensed Taxi Driver.and driving force behind the Company's Cab Guide Course and the Renter Warden Malcolm Paice of Computer Cab. The Lower Warden is Colin Evans a Licensed Taxi Driver...
The Court of Assistants is the governing body of the Company who work alongside the Master and his Wardens to ensure the smooth running of the Company.
